At the start of the summer, Ryan McGinness took to the site of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts to oversee and speak regarding his upcoming work for the museum. McGinness covers aspects of his piece including the different approach he has taken as well as a feeling that this collection will be a benchmark. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts will open in May of 2010.
